Not all eyewear is created equal. When a manufacturer states their product is ‘ballistic’ or ‘Mil-Spec,’ there is much to consider. In this video, we demonstrate the high-impact ballistic test required to qualify eyewear. Eyewear must successfully pass this test, among others, to be placed on the authorized list for Military use. The Approved Protective Eyewear List (APEL) and the Special Operations Eyewear Program (SOEP).
